A message from Stephen Bungard of Skye Naturalists Network about an upcoming event in Portree.
'Royal Botanical Gardens Edinburgh have most generously donated some funding and a brand-new microscope to our cause. We are holding an inaugural session on Thursday 24th February for as many folk as possible to come and take a look at polypodies in Portree, followed by examination of our/your/their specimens under the new microscope, at St Columba's Parish Rooms. Beyond this, we plan to hold 2-hourly, fortnightly sessions there with a determiner and the microscope for further identifications.'
