Record the wildlife you see during lockdown

Posted on

As part of the Covid-19 lockdown, BTO are currently offering 1 years free membership to their citizen science, garden birdwatching project.  All you need to take part is a garden, an interest in garden wildlife, and a little bit of time to spend recording.  You don't have to provide food for birds, and your garden does not have to be big.  For full details and to register, go to BTO.org.

There are also many other projects that you can participate in and log the wildlife that you see in your garden or during your daily walks.  Some great projects can be found at https://www.nature.scot/scotlands-biodiversity/biodiversity-what-can-you-do/citizen-science-biodiversity
